Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent education with working experience.\n
  • Several years of professional software development experience with a customer first mindset.\n
  • Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript - “React”\n
  • Knowledge on RDBMS/NoSQL like SQL Server, Postgres SQL, Cassandra, Cosmos DB, Redis\n
  • Experience with modern software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.\n
  • Understanding of software quality practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\n
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\n
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the skill to adapt and innovate.\n
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional international teams, ideally with project management experience.\n
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.\n

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer - Regulatory Compliance Systems (Track & Trace) to join our growing team. \n

In this role, you will take ownership of the design, development, and evolution of regulatory-driven software solutions that help industry customers and governmental organizations meet increasingly complex compliance requirements. \n

You will work on mission-critical Track & Trace platforms, enabling product authentication, supply chain transparency, serialization, traceability, and regulatory reporting across regulated industries. \n

Activities \n \n

  • Own and drive the development of Track & Trace and regulatory compliance software solutions.\n
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.\n
  • Collaborate with product management, compliance experts, customers, and government stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.\n
  • Develop integrations with enterprise systems, regulatory repositories, and external data exchange platforms.\n
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and evolving legislative requirements.\n
  • Participate in system architecture decisions and contribute to technology roadmaps.\n
  • Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production systems.\n
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and development standards.\n
  • Contribute to agile development processes and foster engineering best practices.\n
