You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ business needs, translating business requirements into solution design, configuring the application, and ensuring excellent project delivery on time and within budget.What You’ll DoImplementation of a content management platform for life sciencesLeading business process discovery and application design workshopsTranslating complex client process requirements into a workable solution designOverseeing the solution build, test, and deploymentCreating process documentation and project deliverablesPlanning and establishing post-go-live activities, including ongoing supportProviding subject matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and defining how they fit into our customers’ software ecosystemsRequirements5+ years’ experience with consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent experienceDirect experience using digital content management systemsExperience working with life science customers (pharma, medical device, consumer health, etc.)Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designsAbility to work with a variety of customer roles, internal/external stakeholders, and delivery partners while ensuring high-quality solution deliveryProven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environmentAbility to travel as requiredBachelor’s degree or aboveFluency in EnglishCandidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to workNice to HaveImplementation of regulated content management systems such as Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, Vodori, etcExperience working with a DAM tool such as Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, Box, etcExperience working with a CRM tool such as Veeva CRM, SalesForceAn understanding of Claims, DAM (Digital Asset Management), Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements (e.g., ABPI, ANSM, AIFA)Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements (e.g., GxP, GcP)Project management certification (e.g,. PRINCE2, PMP)Experience with product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement managementFluency in Italian, French, or GermanSaaS/Cloud experienceInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Requirements
