Job description

  • Develop end-to-end solutions using industry-leading practices combined with the capabilities available within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and large client teams.
  • Lead offshore teams to design, configure, test and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions successfully.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Compensation & Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client reward strategies, HR operating models and business objectives.
  • Develop lasting client relationships and build a network and breadth of experience to support client needs.
  • Support business development and pre-sales activity across Oracle HCM opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with expertise in Core HCM and Compensation & Benefits modules.
  • Demonstrable experience leading the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Oracle Compensation and Benefits solutions within large-scale Oracle HCM transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of compensation, rewards and benefits processes and how these are enabled within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising clients and implementing HR business process change.
  • Demonstrable experience leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing end-to-end workstreams, including leading offshore teams through design, build, test and deployment phases.
  • Previous consulting experience, including involvement in pre-sales, solution shaping and business development activities.
  • Experience across additional Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Modelling or Work Life.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
  • Experience delivering complex HR transformation programmes within large enterprise organisations.
  • Experience working within KPMG Powered Enterprise or other leading-practice delivery methodologies.
