Job description
- Develop end-to-end solutions using industry-leading practices combined with the capabilities available within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
- Lead client-facing meetings and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and large client teams.
- Lead offshore teams to design, configure, test and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions successfully.
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Compensation & Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client reward strategies, HR operating models and business objectives.
- Develop lasting client relationships and build a network and breadth of experience to support client needs.
- Support business development and pre-sales activity across Oracle HCM opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with expertise in Core HCM and Compensation & Benefits modules.
- Demonstrable experience leading the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Oracle Compensation and Benefits solutions within large-scale Oracle HCM transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of compensation, rewards and benefits processes and how these are enabled within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising clients and implementing HR business process change.
- Demonstrable experience leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing end-to-end workstreams, including leading offshore teams through design, build, test and deployment phases.
- Previous consulting experience, including involvement in pre-sales, solution shaping and business development activities.
- Experience across additional Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Modelling or Work Life.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
- Experience delivering complex HR transformation programmes within large enterprise organisations.
- Experience working within KPMG Powered Enterprise or other leading-practice delivery methodologies.
