Requirements

A major healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Specialist to support enterprise voice systems across multiple campuses and clinics. This role manages daily telecom operations, VoIP (cloud/on-prem), call flows, MACs, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams. Ideal candidates bring strong RingCentral expertise, Avaya platform experience, and the ability to support complex telephony environments., * RingCentral experience

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years telecom/IT network systems experience
  • Avaya CM v16.3, System/Session Manager, Aura Messaging, CMS, VeraSmart, Virtual Observer, G430/G450/G650

Preferred Certifications

  • Cisco CCNA or CCVP
  • Avaya Certified Support or Implementation Specialist
