You’ll be the driving force behind the evolution of a Microsoft Fabric-powered data ecosystem, working closely with senior leadership to establish architecture, engineering standards and long-term strategy. You’ll likely bring: Significant experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Engineering or a similar role Experience building production data warehouses, lakehouses or modern cloud data platforms Strong Microsoft Fabric expertise, including some of:OneLakeFabric LakehouseFabric WarehouseData FactoryNotebooksPower BISemantic ModelsDataflows Advanced SQL skills Python and/or PySpark experience Strong dimensional modelling and data warehousing knowledge Experience building enterprise data pipelines and integrations Power BI development expertise, including DAX and performance optimisation Experience with Git, CI/CD and modern engineering practices Strong understanding of security, governance and data quality Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
