Technical Lead

• Support the development and evolution of a large-scale Azure-hosted platform
• Provide technical leadership to a team of 7 developers
• Balance feature delivery with gradual architectural improvement
• Remain hands-on with development (roughly 60/40 technical leadership vs coding)
• Work with legacy MVC components alongside modern cloud technologies

• TypeScript, We are a leading public sector client, seeking an experienced Technical Lead who will play a crucial role in the development and evolution of our Azure-hosted platform. This position offers a contract duration of 12 months with a competitive day rate of up to £475. The role is mostly remote, requiring occasional office visits. You will lead a talented team while working on a business-critical application, focusing on both immediate feature delivery and long-term architectural improvements.

• Strong experience with .NET and modern React development
• Experience leading teams of 5 developers
• Comfortable working in large legacy systems
• Strong Azure cloud experience
• Ability to guide technical decisions, architecture, and engineering standards
