Job description
- This role should able to realize a business solution leveraging vendors and partners. The individual must have the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, as isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role may also be responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Certifications: Maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology
Requirements
- 15+ years of Implementing ERPs , including 2-3 years of Cloud experience.
- E2E Implementation experience as SCM solution architect in Cloud Procurement and Order Management Cloud, at least 3 projects
- Go to Market and pre-sales experience
- Ability to architect and document functional integration design
- Deep knowledge of Inventory Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud

Proven leadership of Enterprise Design workshops and architect Oracle SaaS with third party systems for SCM processes review requirements and recommend configuration/solution
- Experience in Hypercare production support, * 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Manufacturing, and Costing.
- Proven experience in global, multi-supply chain environments with complex SCM requirements.
- Demonstrated techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cost Management, including a solid understanding of the data model and the ability to work with technical teams on data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work in large, global manufacturing environments with complex supply chain structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cost structures and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, including configurations and customizations. Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to work in a distributed team including vendor resources
- Strong analytical and thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Experience in managing multi-supply chain manufacturing challenges in dynamic environments.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Inventory, Manufacturing or Cost Management an asset
- Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools and analytics to support cost visibility.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in development, leading and implementing Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory & Cost Management for manufacturing customers
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in leading and implementing Oracle Cloud planning
- Experience in oracle E-Business suite with demonstrates solution delivery in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, * 10+ years of experience with Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering SCM solutions in global, multi-organization environments involving Service Logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including configuration and integration.
- Deep understanding of Order Management, including pricing, fulfillment, and orchestration.
- Proficiency in Inventory and Install Base processes, with a focus on tracking, asset management, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, including supplier collaboration, requisitioning, and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to work in large, global manufacturing environments with complex supply chain structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cost structures and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, including configurations and customizations.
