Need 10+ years relevant experience
Required skills:

P25 Digital Radio Systems Phase I and Phase II Standards
APX, XTS and XTL 2500/1500 Mobile and Handheld Radio Subscribers Fleetmapping, Configuring,
Codeplugs and Programming Parameters
MCC 7500 and Dispatch Consoles Trunking and Conventional Systems
Microwave Radio
ISSI
Reading and Evaluating Radio Coverage Maps
ADP and AES Encryption
FDMA/TDMA Modulation Schemes
Knowledge of FCC regulations, compliance, licensing and construction requirements
Supervisor over radio consultants and other County employees
C, C++, Java, ASP.NET integration software for APIs integration into: NCPD NICE Logging and
Recording Systems, CAD, GIS/CC AWARE and AMS
OTAP, OTAR, Radio Authentication
Radio Core, DSR, Radio Central, Provisioning Manger
