Essential5+ years in a technical leadership roleProven delivery of customer-facing B2C products in regulated, high-availability or high-traffic environmentsExperience leading a multidisciplinary nearshore/offshore team of 20+Proven ownership of complex third-party integrations and supplier roadmapsPractical experience applying AI/automation to engineering and delivery workflowsStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsFluent written and spoken English DesirableBackground in iGaming, sports betting, online casino, fintech, payments or another regulated B2C sectorExperience integrating PAM, sportsbook, casino/aggregation, payments, CRM or analytics platformsMulti-market launch experienceExperience running high-volume, 24/7 platforms through launch and early-life support
