Requirements

8-12 years total industry experience

  • 5+ years hands-on Performance Testing experience
  • Technical Skillset:
  • Proficiency with JMeter and/or LoadRunner for performance testing
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or New Relic
  • Familiarity with Grafana and Splunk for visualization and log analysis
  • Hands-on experience with cloud performance testing on Azure and/or AWS
  • Python scripting capabilities for automation and analysis
  • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Performance Engineering Skills:
  • Strong ability to define and validate NFRs
  • Expertise in performance analysis and identifying system bottlenecks
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvements in complex, modern architectures
