Experteer Overview In this Analytics Architect role, you design and deliver scalable data and AI solutions that transform how enabling functions operate.You join a global, distributed team within a product-oriented delivery model to bring analytics, AI, and data products to life at scale.You own data platforms, governance, and secure end-to-end data pipelines supporting functions like HR, procurement, and legal.You collaborate with stakeholders to steer technical direction and leverage Snowflake, AWS, and Palantir Foundry.This Spain-based hub opportunity spans high-visibility AI use cases across automation and analytics initiatives.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design, build, and maintain scalable applications, data pipelines, and platform components that translate business requirements into technical solutions * Develop user-friendly interfaces and applications to replace manual processes * Own data platforms with focus on cost efficiency, governance, security, and compliance * Partner with delivery pod stakeholders to shape technical direction and requirements * Shape the future of data engineering using Snowflake, AWS, and Palantir Foundry * Contribute to a Spain-based hub and tackle diverse AI use cases such as automation, carbon footprint analytics, and procurement intelligence Responsabilidades * 4-8 years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments * Proficiency in Python and Spark * Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern engineering practices * Hands-on with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and PySpark * Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture, governance, privacy, security, and compliance * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with non-technical stakeholders * University degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering discipline * Comfort working in a distributed international team and willingness to travel within Europe * Familiarity with AI workflows, MLOps, AI safety/guardrails is a plus Requisitos principales *
