Java Senior Technical Lead - DevOps, AWS

Java Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java (version 17 or newer). API Development: Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs utilizing Spring Boot. Messaging Architecture: Required: Deep expertise in Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and message streaming. (Familiarity with TIBCO or other brokers is a plus, but Kafka is mandatory). AI & Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience developing with LLMs (specifically Claude), including building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, creating agent skills, and designing AI-driven workflows. Database Management: Hands-on experience with both relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/search data stores (Elasticsearch, Couchbase). Cloud & Containerization: Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes. Engineering Best Practices: Demonstrated commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies. System Architecture: Strong foundation in scalable system design and distributed systems.
