Data Analytics Consultant, Power BI & Google Cloud Platform

Organizations rely on data to drive operational excellence, improve decision-making, and accelerate business outcomes. As a Senior Data Analytics Consultant specializing in Power BI and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), you will help transform complex datasets into actionable insights through scalable analytics solutions, executive reporting, and operational performance management frameworks.

You will work across business and technology teams to design data pipelines, develop business intelligence solutions, operationalize KPI reporting, and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) capabilities that provide visibility into process health, performance trends, and operational risk. You will partner with stakeholders at all levels to deliver impactful analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement programs., Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Build executive, operational, and strategic reporting that enables data-driven decision-making.
• Develop semantic models, KPIs, measures, calculations, and advanced DAX solutions.
• Create intuitive, interactive visualizations that highlight performance trends, opportunities, and operational risks.
• Improve dashboard performance, refresh reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Establish reporting standards, governance processes, and documentation practices.

Data Engineering & Cloud Analytics

• Design, develop, and optimize data ingestion pipelines within Google Cloud Platform.
• Build ETL/ELT frameworks to integrate data from enterprise applications, APIs, operational systems, and third-party platforms.
• Develop scalable analytical solutions leveraging BigQuery and other cloud-native technologies.
• Implement data quality controls, validation processes, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Create automated monitoring and alerting capabilities to support operational and analytical workloads.
• Partner with architecture and platform teams to align solutions with cloud standards and best practices.

KPI & Performance Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and implement KPI frameworks.
• Develop executive scorecards and operational performance reporting capabilities.
• Design leading and lagging indicators that measure productivity, quality, throughput, cycle time, SLA attainment, exception rates, operational risk, and process efficiency.
• Establish governance processes for metric definitions, thresholds, and reporting standards.
• Deliver recurring business performance reporting and executive review packages.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) & HITL Analytics

• Develop and maintain SPC reporting solutions for Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) and operational process management programs.
• Design visualization and monitoring capabilities including:
• X-Bar Charts
• Moving Range Charts
• P-Charts
• C-Charts
• U-Charts
• Control Limit Monitoring
• Process Capability Analysis
• Performance Trend Analysis
• Outlier Detection
• Variance Analysis
• Monitor process stability and identify common-cause and special-cause variation.
• Implement automated threshold monitoring and alerting based on performance targets and control limits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and trend identification.
• Partner with process owners and control teams to evaluate operational health and control effectiveness.

Advanced Analytics & Insights

• Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and operational performance assessments.
• Identify process bottlenecks, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop executive-level recommendations and data-driven business narratives.
• Support observability, automation, process intelligence, AI, and analytics initiatives.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and ETL/ELT development.
• Experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets in complex enterprise environments., * Experience supporting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), AI Operations, Process Intelligence, Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and operational performance monitoring frameworks.
• Experience with Python, APIs, Git-based source control, and Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement principles.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, process mining, observability, or workflow analytics platforms.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries., * Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
