This role develops and enhances custom applications, automations, and workflows using Salesforce platform tools, including Flow, Lightning components, and declarative technologies. Responsibilities include building and supporting secure, user-friendly portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud, partnering with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance, usability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Team members work closely with marketing, digital experience, analytics, operations, and clinical stakeholders to design and implement modern Salesforce capabilities including automation, AI-driven workflows, personalization, custom applications including portals, identity resolution, and real-time engagement strategies. UCHealth values curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to explore emerging technologies while operating within the privacy, security, and compliance standards required in healthcare. The CRM Solutions team operates in a hybrid work environment designed to support both collaboration and flexibility, with team members working in-office four days per week and remotely one day per week.
