Requirements

All candidates must: Be eligible to obtain and maintain an SEC Public Trust clearance. Have experience supporting federal government programs or comparable enterprise environments. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Technical Skills Required Experience: 8+ years software engineering experience, including a technical leadership role. Key Technical Experience / Expectations: Hands-on modern cloud-native development; AWS services; CI/CD; Sprint Team technical/design leadership; code quality/reviews; translating architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions; mentoring; AI-assisted developer tooling.
