ERP Business Analyst-Active Secret Clearance

An experienced ERP Business Analyst is needed to support a major NAVSEA program in Portsmouth, Virginia.

This role combines ERP systems, business analysis, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data analytics supporting a mission-critical Department of Defense program. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve processes, support enterprise applications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and support ERP application initiatives
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Develop process maps, workflows, and functional specifications
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements
• Support change management and governance initiatives
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
• Support application enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
• Develop current-state and future-state business process documentation
• Participate in Continuous Process Improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field
• Experience in business analysis, ERP systems, process improvement, and change management
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Navy or other Department of Defense experience is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting NAVSEA environments is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt and PMP certification are a plus, * Current Active Secret Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required
• 100% Onsite in Portsmouth, Virginia
