Job description

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team and help accelerate the transformation toward a software-defined infrastructure environment. In this role, you will design and build scalable automation solutions, develop API-driven services, and create self-service capabilities that improve operational efficiency and enable infrastructure modernization initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver cloud-native applications, automate infrastructure operations, and drive innovation through modern software engineering practices. What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Build API-driven integrations between network infrastructure platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Develop scalable backend services and modern web applications that support self-service infrastructure capabilities.
  • Translate manual operational processes into reliable, automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, reliability, and performance requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production and non-production issues.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve software delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this role., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience developing and delivering production applications.
  • 5+ years of Python development experience using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • 4+ years of experience building modern frontend applications using React.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • 1+ year of experience developing cloud-native applications using technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud Foundry., * Experience with full-stack application development across frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building backend services and microservices using Python frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs, service-oriented architectures, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with SQL databases, data modeling, and database design principles.
  • Familiarity with API management platforms such as Apigee.
  • Experience with containerized applications and cloud-native development environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation, networking, load balancing, PKI/certificates, cryptography, or key management solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
