Job description

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for being a subject matter expert in the respective functional area. This role involves overseeing the client implementation process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, all while ensuring exceptional client experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Completes Client shell set up and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
  • Manages multiple client implementations, runs first payroll(s), and trains newly onboarded clients.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing and executing implementation project plan.
  • Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs and recognize Client business concerns to recommend and implement and appropriate solution.
  • Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other related items.
  • Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process.
  • Reviews and audits Client payroll and HR data for accuracy.
  • Responsible for understanding our Service Types and Service Model, to better facilitate Client
  • transition to the ongoing Service Model.

  • Associate degree preferred

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, printer, scanners, faxes, and copiers.

  • Requires constant mental comprehension to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Moderate concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort.
