Job description
As a Senior EDI Specialist, you will provide advanced support and serve as a subject matter expert for Burlington’s EDI and B2B integrations. You will manage complex partner onboarding and production issues, perform detailed root cause analysis, validate mappings and platform changes, and coordinate resolution across business, application, infrastructure, vendors, and trading partners. You will also improve operating procedures, controls, monitoring, and partner support practices to strengthen service reliability.
A Day In The Life

Serve as the liaison for new and existing trading partners during onboarding, transaction changes, connectivity changes, platform upgrades, and cutovers (10%)

Provide advanced production support; troubleshoot complex mapping, data, AS2/SFTP/VAN, certificate, routing, and acknowledgment issues; perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution (40%)

Partner with Application Development, Infrastructure, QA, business teams, vendors, and trading partners to test mappings, releases, upgrades, migrations, and recovery procedures (20%)

Drive improvements to monitoring, controls, documentation, partner support, incident management, and service efficiency (20%)

Maintain current knowledge of EDI standards, Burlington business flows, integration platforms, and support practices (10%)
Requirements
5+ years of experience in EDI, B2B integration, application support, production support, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of ANSI X12, mapping and translation, partner profiles, acknowledgments, AS2/SFTP/VAN connectivity, certificates, SQL-based analysis, and production troubleshooting.
Ability to lead complex issue resolution, testing, partner coordination, and process improvement.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation; relevant EDI, integration-platform, cloud, or database certification.
