Software Engineering Generalist

• Design, prototype, and deliver full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, identify needs, and uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Translate repeated requests into reusable primitives, platforms, or middleware that support a range of use cases.
• Build internal tools that expand autonomy and make complex work easier for less technical users.
• Contribute to product direction and prioritization, not just implementation.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
• Adapt to evolving tools, frameworks, and problem spaces as the product grows.

• 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally across the full stack.
• Strong ability to own work independently from idea through delivery.
• Experience thinking in systems, abstractions, and scalable product patterns.
• Comfort making decisions in ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.

• Experience building platforms, internal tools, or reusable product foundations.
• Background in product thinking, discovery, or implementation work.
• Exposure to fast-moving, high-growth environments.
