We have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications. This is a hybrid position based in Boston, MA, requiring 3 days onsite per week for a candidate with deep experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, API design and versioning, API security, microservices, and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable microservices, implementing Kafka-based event-driven solutions, designing secure REST APIs, and delivering reliable enterprise applications in complex environments. No subcontracting is permitted on this position.
