Job description
Role Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to play a key role in our Lead-to-Cash platform modernization. In this role, you will build custom UI components, architect scalable Apex workflows, and build seamless integrations connecting Salesforce to core enterprise systems like ERPs and billing platforms., * Custom Programmatic Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable Apex triggers, classes, and dynamic Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Enterprise Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with third-party software and backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- High-Volume Processing: Implement asynchronous architecture (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future methods) to manage complex data syncs while strictly adhering to Governor Limits.
- Performance Optimization: Refactor legacy code, optimize bulk data handling, and ensure long-term platform stability.
- Quality & Testing: Write comprehensive Apex test classes to maintain high code coverage and enforce reliability across environments.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Apex (bulkification, triggers, design patterns) and LWC (component lifecycle, JavaScript ES6+, data binding).
- Integration Skills: Hands-on experience establishing secure REST/SOAP web services and data transformations.
- Security & Data Modeling: Strong grasp of standard/custom objects, relational data structures, profiles, roles, and sharing models.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks and translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
Nice to Have
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2).
- CPQ Familiarity: Conceptual or light configuration experience with Salesforce CPQ (Quote-to-Cash data objects, product modeling, or pricing rules).
- DevOps Experience: Familiarity with release automation tools like AutoRABIT, Copado, or GitHub Actions.
