Job description

Provide day-to-day SAP Vistex application/production support
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Vistex processes
Support Customer Rebate and Vendor Incentive processes
Analyze and resolve Chargeback/Billback issues
Investigate production incidents and identify root causes
Work with business and technical teams to resolve Vistex-related issues
Handle functional requirements and deliver small enhancements
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups
Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and deployment of enhancements
Support integration between SAP Vistex and SAP SD/OTC
Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP/technical teams when required
Provide ongoing production support and ensure timely resolution of business-critical issues

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with approximately 10 years of hands-on SAP Vistex/OTC experience. The ideal candidate will have strong production/application support experience with a primary focus on Customer Rebates, Vendor Incentives, Chargebacks/Billbacks, troubleshooting, and small enhancements.

This role is heavily focused on day-to-day Vistex application support rather than large-scale implementation or architecture. The candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting functional issues, supporting business users, analyzing production problems, and delivering small enhancements in a Scrum/Agile environment.

Must-Have Skills

Approximately 10 years of hands-on SAP Vistex / OTC experience
Strong SAP Vistex functional experience
Strong production/application support experience
Hands-on experience with Customer Rebates
Hands-on experience with Vendor Incentives
Experience with Chargebacks / Billbacks
Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills for day-to-day Vistex issues
Experience working on small enhancements and change requests
Experience working in a Scrum / Agile environment
Strong knowledge of SAP SD / OTC processes and Vistex integration
Ability to work directly with business users and support production issues, * SAP Vistex implementation experience
IP / Composite Model experience
EDI integration experience
Experience with Claims and Settlements
Experience with Accruals
Basic/working knowledge of ABAP
End-to-end SAP Vistex implementation experience
Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams
