Job description

  • Maintain and optimize servers, compute environments, and infrastructure
  • Manage and enforce Group Policy across systems
  • Support and enhance AWS-based environments
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and security logs
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft-based environments
  • Deep expertise with server infrastructure, compute, and Group Policy
  • Experience working within AWS environments
  • Background supporting IT in banking or financial services
  • Ability to operate independently without direct reports
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism
