• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, driving successful customer outcomes through proactive engagement and solution delivery.
• Independently manage and execute technical projects, taking ownership from planning through completion with minimal oversight.
• Support customers in large, distributed enterprise environments across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate technical information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Senior Storage & Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in large enterprise environments, takes ownership of assigned work from start to finish, and is passionate about helping customers achieve successful outcomes. This individual will be driven to continuously learn new technologies, adapt to evolving customer needs, and deliver exceptional service while working independently and collaboratively., * Proven experience supporting large enterprise customers in complex, distributed IT environments.

• ONTAP SME

Strong expertise across enterprise storage and data management technologies, including:

• SAN (Storage Area Networks)
• NAS (Network Attached Storage)
• NFS
• Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
• Virtualization platforms
• Kubernetes and containerized environments

Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code technologies, including:

• Ansible
• Terraform
• Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar)
• Strong customer-facing consulting, troubleshooting, and solution delivery skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather information, provide updates, and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and complete projects without requiring extensive direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetApp StorageGRID.
• Experience with NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) and cloud-based storage solutions.
• Exposure to public cloud platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience supporting multiple business units and diverse stakeholder groups within large enterprise organizations.
