What You’ll Do Lead Solution Architecture

• Own end-to-end architecture design for complex Adobe Experience Cloud engagements.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Design architecture across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Create integration blueprints, data models, identity resolution frameworks, and governance strategies.

Drive Client Success

• Facilitate discovery workshops and architecture reviews.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for client stakeholders.
• Present recommendations, trade-offs, and roadmaps in business-friendly language.
• Guide organizations through digital transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.

Shape Data, AI, and Personalization Strategies

• Architect audience activation, customer data, consent management, and identity strategies.
• Design solutions leveraging predictive decisioning and generative AI capabilities.
• Establish responsible AI governance and compliance frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging Adobe capabilities including Firefly, GenStudio, and AI-powered personalization solutions.

Mentor and Enable Delivery Teams

• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven success designing complex, multi-system customer experience solutions.

• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Real-Time CDP
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $155,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
