Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager - Data Analytics to lead data platform and analytics delivery initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business and technical requirements., * Lead data platform and data pipeline development and delivery.

Oversee Power BI reports, dashboards, visualizations, and semantic models.
Drive data quality, lineage, cleansing, and governance initiatives.
Manage multiple interdependent technical workstreams.
Partner with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, and business teams.
Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
Provide delivery updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to technical standards, governance, and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

Strong experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
Hands-on experience developing data pipelines and implementing cost optimization.
Strong understanding of Power BI and Semantic Models.
Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Data Glossary.
Familiarity with MDM / Customer & Product Hub is preferred.
Strong technical acumen with experience in solution/design discussions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
