IAM Engineer (Relocation Provided)

• IAM Design and Implementation: Work with platforms like SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), NetIQ, Okta, and ForgeRock to create robust IAM infrastructures.
• Access and Identity Security: Implement and manage SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement enhancements.
• Automation and Optimization: Streamline IAM workflows using tools like Terraform, and Ansible, or scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Incident Response: Use SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel) to monitor and respond to security events.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Innovation and Collaboration: Stay ahead of industry trends and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM into broader IT systems.

• Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), NetIQ, Okta, or ForgeRock.
• Protocols: Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Cloud Security: Experience with AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, or similar platforms.
• Automation Skills : Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of serverless architectures, microservices, and API security.
• Industry certifications include SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, Okta Certified Professional, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with security frameworks like Zero Trust Architectures or NIST standards.
