Working within a scrum platform team, you will also integrate observability into CI/CD and release processes, develop maintainable standards and patterns, and transfer Dynatrace knowledge to internal engineers and delivery teams. Why Join Us? At Wypoon Technologies, you’ll work on dynamic projects for industry leaders such as Heineken, ING, ASML, Philips, and Shell, tackling exciting challenges and delivering tailored enterprise solutions. Here’s what makes us stand out: Impactful Work: Shape the future of our clients’ digital landscapes. Innovative Environment: Collaborate within a supportive team that values learning and growth. We provide full support with visa processes, making your transition smooth and hassle-free! Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on Dynatrace implementation for prioritised applications, services and technical platforms.
  • Develop reusable Dynatrace onboarding patterns, dashboards, alerting rules, tags, service flows and detection patterns in accordance with agreed observability standards.
  • Improve telemetry quality, ownership metadata, environment consistency and diagnostic visibility.
  • Integrate observability requirements into CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, release readiness and operational acceptance criteria.
  • Coach internal engineers and delivery teams on Dynatrace implementation quality, dashboards, alerting and maintainable engineering practices.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of Dynatrace onboarding across priority applications and services.
  • Develop reusable monitoring, alerting, tagging, dashboarding and telemetry patterns that can be maintained internally.
  • Strengthen operational monitoring through improved incident diagnostics, alert quality and platform-team feedback loops.
  • Transfer practical Dynatrace knowledge to internal engineers and delivery teams.
  • Participate actively in refinement, planning, reviews and retrospectives as part of the scrum platform team.
  • Work transparently through backlog items, design artefacts, decision records and handover documentation.
  • Take an end-to-end approach covering discovery, design, build, release, operations, continuous improvement and enablement.

Requirements

  • Senior-level, hands-on Dynatrace implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of application, infrastructure and cloud observability.
  • Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code patterns used for observability-related platform configuration or integration.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD, release pipelines and SDLC-based engineering practices.
  • Ability to work with APIs, platform configuration, automation scripts or related engineering tooling.
  • Practical understanding of incident diagnosis, alert quality, operational monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to operate independently in situations with limited ambiguity and constructively challenge assumptions.
  • Experience creating or reviewing design artefacts and working within structured backlog and release processes.
  • Experience coaching internal engineers and delivery teams.
  • Availability to work from the Rotterdam office approximately 60% of the week to support collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Strong Azure knowledge within a Microsoft/Azure-oriented technology landscape.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms or hybrid infrastructure.
  • Experience with Observability as Code, configuration automation or observability integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow events, incidents, CMDB relationships or operational workflows.
