Job description

Explore Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to drive a modernisation of the core Data Platform.You will lead an international team across European hubs, advancing a Data Lakehouse and Data Mesh pilot program while enforcing strong observability and governance.Ideal candidates have 5+ years in direct management, a core Data Engineering background in scale-up SaaS, and a strong Python/SQL/Snowflake/AWS/Terraform/Airflow stack.EU work permit or citizenship is required.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
