Job description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale, cloud-native, and AI-powered solutions on AWS.

Apply deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture, application modernization, microservices, and serverless computing.
Architect advanced AI/LLM platforms, including RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMOps, and prompt/context engineering.
Define solution architecture for scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized multi-account AWS environments.
Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making across data, AI, and infrastructure workloads.
Design secure and compliant AWS networking (Transit Gateway, VPC, Direct Connect) and implement best practices in IAM, KMS, and Zero Trust security.
Establish LLMOps practices for model evaluation, observability, and prompt engineering standards.
Architect modern data platforms leveraging Data Lakes, Apache Iceberg, Spark/Glue ETL, streaming (Kafka/MSK), and analytics (Athena, Redshift).
Design integration patterns for distributed systems, including event-driven, asynchronous messaging, and workflow automation.
Champion Infrastructure as Code and robust CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and DevSecOps practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, resolving complex challenges in Python, API design, and distributed data processing.
Define observability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization strategies for all solution layers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, DevOps, ML engineers, and customers to deliver resilient, cost-effective cloud solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution estimation, architecture documentation, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept delivery.
Mentor engineering teams on cloud-native best practices, AI engineering, and architectural thinking.

Requirements

10+ years in software engineering, cloud engineering, or solution architecture.

7+ years hands-on with AWS solutions (multi-account, serverless, event-driven).
Strong background in cloud security, networking, and compliance.
Practical experience with AI/LLM solution architecture (RAG, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems).
Experience in LLMOps, prompt/context engineering, and AI observability.
Expertise in designing modern data platforms and streaming architectures.
Proven leadership in technical design, architecture reviews, and cloud migration initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
