About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join a fast-growing consultancy at the forefront of Data & AI transformation. You’ll design, build, and automate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that powers modern data platforms for enterprise clients - working hands-on with cutting-edge tools across AWS and Azure to deliver the infrastructure backbone behind next-generation analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives.This is a client-facing, consultancy-based role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of cloud engineering and the data/AI world - helping organisations stand up the platforms (including Databricks) that power their AI ambitions.

What You’ll DoDesign, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure for enterprise Data & AI clientsBuild reusable, production-grade Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and TerragruntArchitect secure, scalable cloud environments tailored to each client’s data platform needsImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deploymentsAutomate cloud provisioning, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle managementDeploy and manage Databricks workspaces, clusters, and networking as part of modern lakehouse architecturesImplement monitoring and observability using OpenTelemetry or similar toolingProduce clear technical documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks to support long-term platform reliability
