Job description

How You Will Create ImpactAs a full-stack developer, you will work in an agile team and be responsible for design and implementation of frontends and backends for SWIAT’s decentralized blockchain-based applications. Your Tasks and Responsibilities Include

  1. Design, implement, and maintain frontend and backend components for SWIAT’s decentralized, blockchain-based applications.
  2. Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as Vue.js, Vuetify, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  3. Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and application logic using Node.js, NestJS, REST interfaces, and TypeORM.
  4. Integrate frontend and backend components to deliver robust end-to-end features in close collaboration with product owners, designers, and other developers.
  5. Contribute to technical design decisions, code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of software quality.
  6. Optimize application performance, reliability, maintainability, and security across the full technology stack.
  7. Work in an agile development environment and support the delivery of high-quality software for regulated financial market infrastructure., ️ Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens. About SWIATSWIAT GmbH is a Frankfurt-based FinTech building next-generation financial market infrastructure using Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). Our mission is to enable secure, compliant, and efficient issuance, trading, settlement, and servicing of digital and traditional financial assets on a global scale. What do we do?

  8. Coordinate and operate the SWIAT Network and Platform, a secure and trusted DLT-based financial infrastructure
  9. Enable the issuance and lifecycle management of regulated digital assets
  10. Support the tokenisation and mobilization of traditional financial instruments and collateral.
  11. Deliver solutions tailored to banks, financial institutions, and capital market participants
  12. Drive innovation in digital securities, settlement, and collateral management

Requirements

  1. BA/MA in Computer Science of related field
  2. at least 3 years of experience

Skills & Competencies

  1. node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript
  2. vue.js / vuetify
  3. REST
  4. Linux
  5. Docker
  6. nest.js
  7. TypeORM
  8. PostgreSQL
  9. UX experience (nice to have, strong advantage)
  10. Basic Blockchain knowledge, Ethereum preferred (nice to have)
  11. Good English skills (C1+)
