Retail Field, POS & Network Technicians

Field ,POS & Network technicians encouraged to apply - Technicians handle a wide range of installations, repairs,breakfix and upgrades for retail security products, including POS systems, networks, networked devices, access points, routers, switches, RFID smart lock access.. Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Wireless network configuration?, * Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle.

• Previous IT or Related technical technician experience is required.
• Technically inclined - experience with Cabling runs/ management/ testing/ terminating, Network provisioning.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Smart Phone mobile device.
• Flexible availability.
• Frequent use of hand tools.
• Travel is required in various markets.
• Lifting 60lbs or more.
• Able to climb up and down ladders.
• Testing networks Wi-Fi signals, heat mapping.
• Installing, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches.

• Superior knowledge of various networking technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Aptitude for customer support.

Required Education and Experience

• Over the age of 18.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• All training is provided.
