Job description

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer- Frontend to join our Reference Agent team, building and integrating frontend experiences that showcase our AI-driven products to partners.

You will be the bridge between our platform and our customers; owning the frontend solutions delivered to partners, collaborating across teams and championing what a polished AI experience looks like from the user’s perspective

This role combines deep frontend craft with product-minded, customer embedded approach. You will iterate rapidly on reference clients and integration patterns, work across our mobile or web frameworks, and contribute directly to our agentic product.

Main responsibilities

  • Partner-Facing Frontend Development: Design, build and maintain frontend solutions integrated into partner products. Own the quality and UX of reference clients that demonstrate our AI experience.

  • Refence Agent Team Contribution: Develop reusable UI components, interaction patterns, and session-handling flows for agentic workflow. Contribute to the agentic product roadmap with frontend expertise.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Ambassadorship: Work embedded in the customer mindset; collaborate with product, backend, design, and partner engineering teams. Act as ambassador for how our full AI experience should behave from a user perspective.

  • Rapid Experimentation & Iteration: Prototype, test, and ship quickly. Evaluate trade-offs between performance, UX, and reliability across different frontend platforms and agentic interaction patterns.

  • Technical Leadership: Drive architectural decisions for frontend integration patterns. Define reusable, scalable approaches. Mentor peers and set quality standards for partner-facing code.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong production experience in frontend technologies such as Flutter, Kotlin with Compose Framework or React/TypeScript; willingness to learn the others as needed.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI products, LLM-driven workflows, or AI-powered user experiences; prior hands-on work with agentic systems is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on, focused mindset with a strong bias for data-driven execution - comfortable moving quickly from idea to implementation.

Benefits & conditions

  • Hybrid model of work
  • Challenging problems to solve
  • Collaborative and encouraging colleagues
  • Opportunities to learn, grow and develop: company hackathons, technical talks, and trainings
  • Regular feedbacks
  • Paid vacation days
  • A great work-life balance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Competitive salary plus bonus
  • Medical coverage for you and your family (in Poland)
  • This role is eligible for Creative Tax Incentive scheme in Polandā€ or KUP (Autorskie Koszty Uzyskania Przychodu) (in Poland)
  • Option to work on a B2B contract (please note: benefits, bonus and KUP do not apply in this case) (in Poland)
  • Diverse team of fantastic & talented people from 60+ countries worldwide.
  • Brown bag talks, team events, BBQ on the rooftop and more!
