Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner, Laboratory IT Product Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of agile ways of working and laboratory delivery. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands?on backlog management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfort making decisions and setting clear priorities in a regulated environment. Nice to Have Experience with LIMS, ELN, or enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM) in a lab context. Experience working under GLP/GMP or similar conditions. Familiarity with data-driven product development and KPIs relevant to lab operations.
