Python Developer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services using AWS cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to front-end development efforts utilizing JavaScript, React, and Express frameworks for seamless user experiences
• Maintain and improve existing codebases using version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, and Git
• Optimize database interactions with MySQL, SQL, and other relational databases; ensure efficient data retrieval and storage
• Participate actively in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implement security best practices like RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard applications and data

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on Python programming language

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components including Linux servers, cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and application deployment processes
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as JavaScript, React, Express.js, and RESTful API design principles
• Hands-on experience with database management systems like MySQL and SQL; knowledge of C#, C++, Java, C, and .NET is a plus
• Knowledge of version control systems including GitHub, SVN, and Git for collaborative development
• Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently
• Understanding of application security concepts such as RBAC and secure API integrations
• Bonus points for experience with quantum engineering concepts or VBA scripting for automation tasks

$40 - $50 an hour - Contract
