including copilots, agents, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, conversational interfaces and predictive experiences.Defineinteractionpatternsthat effectively balance human control withAI-generated recommendationsand actions.Createintuitiveexperiencesthat build user trust through transparency, explainability and appropriate feedback mechanisms.Conduct and synthesiseuser researchto identify opportunities and improve overall user experience solutions.Create detailed designspecificationsanddocumentationthat facilitate efficient engineering implementation.Develop scalabledesignassets ,componentdefinitions and interactionpatternsthat streamline handoff to development teams.LeverageAI toolsthroughout the design lifecycle - accelerating discovery, ideation, prototyping, content creation, documentation and validation.ApplyAI-driven workflowsto increase design efficiency while maintaining high?quality user experiences.UseAIto generate and iterate on wireframes, user flows, design concepts, UX copy and specifications.Continuously evaluate and adoptnew AI tools ,methodologiesandframeworksthat improve team productivity.Extend and evolvedesign systemsto support emergingAI interaction patterns- defining reusable AI experience patterns, guidelines and best practices.Contribute toorganisationalstandardsforAI-native product designand advocate for responsible, ethical and user-centered AI experiences.Collaborateclosely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science and Research teams to deliver industry-leading experiences that seamlessly integrate AI into complex enterprise workflows.What are we looking for?5+ yearsof experience inUX ,ProductDesign , Interaction Design or related disciplines.Proven experience designingAI-powered productsfor enterprise or SaaS platforms.Strong portfolio demonstratingAI-driven user experiencesand complex workflow design.Deep understanding ofAI interaction patterns- including conversational UX, copilots, intelligent recommendations and automation workflows.Experience incorporatingAI toolsinto day-to-day design workflows to improve speed, quality and efficiency.Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes, workflows, user flows, wireframes and production-ready specifications usingFigmaandAI-powered tools.Passion for emergingtechnologies , with a mindset of continuousexperimentationwith new AI capabilities.Excellentcommunication ,storytellingandstakeholdermanagement skills.Fluent inEnglish(written and spoken).Why should you join?This is a unique opportunity to bring your craft into projects that generate real, measurable impact - of experience in UX , Product Design , Interaction Design or related disciplines. Proven experience designing AI-powered products for enterprise or SaaS platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven user experiences and complex workflow design. Deep understanding of AI interaction patterns

• including conversational UX, copilots, intelligent recommendations and automation workflows. Experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day design workflows to improve speed, quality and efficiency. Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes, workflows, user flows, wireframes and production-ready specifications using Figma and AI-powered tools. Passion for emerging technologies , with a mindset of continuous experimentation with new AI capabilities. Excellent communication , storytelling and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
