Job description

  • Design & Develop: Architect and build clean, scalable backend services and platform apps using modern JVM languages (Kotlin/Java, JDK 21+) or Python (3.11+).
  • Collaborate: Partner across Product, Frontend Engineering, and Platform teams to translate complex business challenges into robust APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Problem Solve: Collaboratively address technical challenges, using pragmatism and research to continuously improve system resilience, performance, and developer experience.

  • Passion for REST API design and OpenAPI, alongside experience with or interest in relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
  • Commitment to software quality, with comfort in writing reliable code backed by testing frameworks like JUnit 5, pytest, or E2E automation tools.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset paired with clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
