IT Technician

Offboarding: Managing the technology lifecycle for employees. You will be responsible for preparing, configuring, and delivering equipment to new hires, as well as for recovering, formatting, and revoking access for departing employees. - Purchasing and Procurement: Lead the procurement of technology inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses, etc.) internationally, ensuring that every office and remote employee has the necessary equipment in a timely and appropriate manner, while managing supplier relationships. - International Ticketing Management: Administer the companys helpdesk system, resolving incidents, prioritizing tasks, and providing first- and second-level support to users in different time zones. About you - 1 to 3 years of prior experience in help desk, IT support, or systems technician roles. - High level of English (required, as you will manage purchases and provide support on an international level). - Experience using ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice

etc.). - Knowledge of device deployment, MDM management (Intune, WS1, etc.), and operating systems (Windows / macOS). - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
