Job description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Python, with a strong emphasis on backend services. Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Develop and support integrations with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and third-party systems such as WFM, CRM, and ACD platforms. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to deliver high-quality software solutions. Prepare technical documentation, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend development. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery.

Mandatory Skills: Java Full Stack Knowledge in Java and Full Stack Knowledge in Google Cloud and BigQuery Strong in Backend Code development Strong in Troubleshooting and Technical analysis Firm understanding of SDLC (software development lifecycle) Business Analyst 10+ years of experience in software development and business analysis. Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend development. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills. Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience integrating with or supporting third-party enterprise applications, including Workforce Management (WFM), CRM, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms. Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
