Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for .NET-based solutions. Establish development standards, coding practices, and application governance. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards. Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans. Application Development Design and develop applications using: o C# o ASP.NET MVC/Core o .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8 o Web APIs and RESTful Services o Entity Framework o LINQ Develop microservices-based solutions and cloud-enabled applications. Implement secure coding standards and performance optimization techniques. Stakeholder Management Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in solution design workshops and architecture discussions. Provide project status, technical updates, and risk assessments to leadership teams. DevOps & Delivery Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation. Support application deployment, release planning, and production support activities. Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies across the development team. Team Management Mentor developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions. Support resource planning, effort estimation, and capacity management. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.
