Job description

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator 2 to oversee infrastructure provisioning, manage daily server operations, and deliver Tier 3 technical support., * Rebuild and configure servers, storage, and peripheral hardware

  • Run daily system monitoring, backup operations, and user account management

  • Apply OS patches, software upgrades, and system performance optimization

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Tier 3 hardware and software issues

Requirements

  • IT Customer Support: 5+ years delivering direct technical support

  • Ticketing & Documentation: 2+ years managing service tickets and technical docs

  • Desktop & Laptop Support: 2+ years in hardware and application troubleshooting

  • Server & Systems Maintenance (Preferred): 2+ years handling VMware ESXi (7.x+), Windows Server (2016-2025), Linux environments, and basic networking
