Job description

We are seeking a Senior Staff member to provide integrated SAPrelated business, management, financial, and operational support to the SPRG Chairs and SPRG Staff. This role delivers seniorlevel oversight of SPRG business processes, supports SAP improvement initiatives, and enhances financial management, acquisition processes, and organizational effectiveness across SAP and SPRG activities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide oversight and senior-level support for PPBE activities.
  • Support SPRG staff, meetings, working groups, and conferences.
  • Assist with POM, Program Budget Review (PBR), and President’s Budget (PB) development and analysis.
  • Provide acquisition management support aligned with SPRG processes.
  • Conduct acceptance testing for budget formulation software solutions.
  • Obtain, compile, and summarize information for use by senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms, and system reports.
  • Relate organizational needs and accomplishments to anticipated and actual budgetary figures.
  • Support integration with OSW SAPCO and OSW SAP governance processes.
  • Ensure timely coordination across DoW stakeholders and SAP communities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP environments.
  • Experience with SAP organizational structure, PPBE, acquisition, and financial management processes.
  • DoW acquisition and financial management oversight experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of leading project experience supporting contracts of similar size and complexity.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
  • Knowledge of SPRG and SAPCO procedures and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with DoW, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to go onsite 5 days a week in Washington, DC
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with SAP Eligibility to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAF/FM Experience.

Benefits & conditions

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
