Experteer Overview You will lead the global CPI governance for Change, Problem and Incident management, owning the framework, controls, KPIs and continuous improvement.You will mentor global process owners and managers across regions and ensure standardized, compliant processes aligned with regulatory requirements.The role combines strategy, governance design and data-driven reporting to executives, with a focus on AI-enabled automation and faster incident resolution.You shape the target operating model and drive adoption across the Allianz Group.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead and develop the global CPI governance function across regions * Own end-to-end design and standardization of CPI processes with clear standards, policies and KPIs * Embed AI-enabled governance, automation, and data-driven reporting into process design * Ensure regulatory and audit compliance (e.g., DORA) and act as accountable process owner in audits * Manage continuous improvement cadence and drive changes through process owners and managers * Translate CPI data into actionable senior-leadership insights and manage process health reporting * Align governance with operations, IT teams and business units; communicate changes effectively * Shape the target operating model for CPI governance and build new capabilities (AI, Power BI, process management) Responsabilidades * 10+ years in senior IT service management with process ownership or governance in a large IT environment * Proven ITIL/ITSM expertise across Change, Problem and Incident; leadership of distributed teams * Track record in IT process transformation from design to adoption in regulated, multi-country settings * Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills * Hands-on experience with AI tooling and automation (e.g., ServiceNow AI, Power Automate) in ITSM * Power BI proficiency for dashboards and performance reporting * Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting IT operations (e.g., DORA) * English fluent; additional languages a plus * Familiarity with GenAI and AI technologies is advantageous Requisitos principales * hybrid work model * company bonus scheme * pension * employee shares program * health and wellbeing offers * parental leave benefits
