Job description

FMIT Technologies S.L. in Málaga is seeking a Mid Backend Software Engineer to design and optimize backend systems, shaping scalable architecture and maintaining code quality. You will mentor juniors and act as a technical reference, working across dev, staging, and production in a hybrid setup.

Requirements

The role demands hands-on expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python with Express, FastAPI, or Fastify, plus PostgreSQL and Kafka. A strong emphasis on clean, testable code and collaboration is expected.
