Salesforce Data Analyst

We are in search of a Salesforce Data Analyst to lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce data by leveraging SQL to extract, validate, and cleanse datasets, ensuring high-quality insights, reliable reporting, and efficient, automated data processes for business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, validate, and clean large datasets from Salesforce using SQL to ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for reporting and decision-making.Analyze Salesforce data structures and data flows to identify data quality issues, implement validation checks, and proactively resolve inconsistencies across CRM systems.Design and maintain efficient SQL queries and data pipelines to support regular reporting, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc business analysis.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models, reports, and dashboards, while explaining how data is structured and how key metrics are derived.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration/digital marketing and affinity towards digital channels or Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and digital marketing experience.3+ years of digital marketing experience - specifically with the design and strategy of digital campaigns, and ideally, also with the operational execution of digital campaigns.Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and how CRM data flows within the system.Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, validation, data cleaning.Experience with data management and reporting tools would be an advantage (power bi, google analytics, tableau).A Salesforce Administrator certification could be beneficial, not strictly required, as practical experience with data handling and system understanding is more important.Experience in guiding stakeholders through data and reporting concepts (e.g. how data is structured, how KPIs are defined, and how reports are built and interpreted).Understanding of automation principles and a strong focus on improving efficiency of processes.The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English - this job will be 100% in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
