Job description

About the Role To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar?raisers with a hands?on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment.As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross?team, cross?repository initiatives that strengthen Fever’s technical foundation.In this individual?contributor leadership role, you will act as the connective tissue between our strategic vision and cross?squad engineering execution.You will turn architectural direction into executable programs, coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, surface risks early, and create the visibility and alignment needed to deliver foundational improvements in developer experience, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.What You Will Do Lead end?to?end planning and delivery for high?impact technical programs that span multiple engineering teams, including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, reliability upgrades, and system migrations.Partner with Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to convert technical strategy and architecture decisions into clear milestones and execution cadences, proactively surfacing risks, trade?offs, and managing dependencies across squads.Lead the technical execution of M&A integrations, managing system consolidations and tech?stack alignment when bringing acquired companies into the Fever ecosystem.Create alignment across Engineering, Product, and Security by introducing lightweight, scalable planning and communication mechanisms rather than heavy process overhead.Build the dashboards and reporting needed for leadership visibility, engineering accountability, and better program decisions.Basic Qualifications / Must?haves Significant and relevant experience in technical program management or engineering leadership (7+ years preferred), with a track record of leading complex, cross?functional initiatives in platform or infrastructure environments.Strong technical fluency across SDLC, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, release processes, and architecture trade?offs, with the ability to read technical discussions and turn complex architecture into practical execution plans.High comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing without formal authority, paired with excellent communication skills to work confidently with Staff Engineers and executive leaders.Strong judgement, bias for action, and a service mindset: the role exists to make technical teams more effective, not to create bureaucracy.Nice to Have Proven experience driving post?merger technical integrations, assessing acquired technologies, managing data or system migrations, and blending distinct engineering practices.Experience in the live entertainment, ticketing, or high?volume e?commerce industries, particularly with systems designed to handle high?concurrency, bursty traffic.Experience working in distributed, multi?time?zone organizations with exposure to reliability engineering, privacy/data?residency, or cost?efficiency initiatives.Benefits & Perks Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.Stock options.Opportunity to have a real impact in a high?growth global category leader.40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.Health insurance and other benefits such as flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.Home office friendly.English lessons.Possibility to receive part of your salary in advance via Payflow.Fever is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone’s background and ideas count.Our main goal is to find the best possible talent regardless of place of birth, racial or ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, religion, opinion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, marital status, age or caring responsibilities.We encourage everyone to apply!If you require any kind of accommodation during the selection process please contact our Talent team so we can help you by providing a welcoming and seamless journey.#J-*****-Ljbffr
