Business Analyst within SAP HXM environment, Remote - International ClientJob role:Business Analyst within SAP HXM environment.Minimum experience:7-10 years.Studies required: Graduate.Language:English (C1)(Mandatory).Location:Remote.DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a Business Analyst with extensive experience in SAP HXM environments to support the analysis, design and implementation of HR solutions across business processes, with a particular focus on Payroll and Time & Leave Management. The role requires a strong understanding of SAP HXM, SAP HR and SuccessFactors, combined with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to identify requirements, define functional solutions and ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven experience translating business needs into functional specifications and process improvements. Fluency in English is mandatory.Tasks:Analyse business requirements and HR processes within SAP HXM environments.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, validate and document requirements through interviews, workshops, process observation, user surveys and system analysis.Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases and supporting documentation.Propose and design functional solutions aligned with business objectives and HR process requirements.Support Payroll and Time & Leave Management process analysis and optimization.Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.Define, plan and execute testing activities, including test strategies, test scenarios and test cases.Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards and project objectives.Support continuous business process improvement initiatives.Leverage AI tools to enhance Business Analysis activities, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted automation.Contribute to successful SAP HXM implementation and transformation projects.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables and stakeholder communication.Specific Expertise:SAP HXM.SAP HR.SAP SuccessFactors.Payroll Management processes.Time & Leave Management processes.Requirements gathering and business process analysis.Functional analysis and solution design.Functional specifications and documentation.Process flows, user stories and use cases.Business workshops and stakeholder management.Functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Test strategy, test scenario and test case definition.Business process improvement.AI tools for Business Analysis, including prompt engineering and automation.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with mock-ups and visual prototyping (desirable).SAP Fiori (nice to have).SAP Process and Forms (nice to have).Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams.Availability to work within the EU or UK, preferably based in Spain.Language:English (C1).Location:Remote.Rate:**€/day.#J-**-Ljbffr
