Tableau/BI Developer - Migration Expert

Lead Tableau to PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric transformation program, serving as the primary onsite interface between business stakeholders and the offshore delivery team. Responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, migration governance, and successful delivery of Power BI/Fabric solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops and gather reporting/KPI requirements.
• Drive Tableau-to-Power BI migration planning and execution.
• Define Power BI semantic models, governance, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Manage UAT, stakeholder communications, risks, and project status reporting.
• Ensure adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, OneLake, and enterprise reporting best practices.

• 8+ years in BI/Analytics and Data Warehousing.
• 5+ years of Power BI experience (DAX, Data Modeling, Power Query, Power BI Service).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, and Data Pipelines.
• Strong Tableau to Power BI migration experience.
• Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Energy & Utilities industry experience.
• Microsoft Power BI/Fabric certifications.
• Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery models.

Ideal Profile: A customer-facing Power BI/Fabric Architect or Delivery Lead capable of managing stakeholders, driving analyticsmodernization, and ensuring successful migration from Tableau to Power BI.
